Every system is equipped with a state-of-the-art electrostatic oiler from, extended by a homogenization and oil film measurement module – all in a single, compact unit.

Homogenization

The homogenization frame is mounted directly to the oiling machine, saving valuable space in your production layout.
For environments with extreme space constraints, the homogenization unit can even be fully integrated into the machine housing.
Thanks to our bending compensation technology, the system ensures perfectly uniform oil distribution – every time, across the full strip width.

Oil Film Measurement

The traversing frame for oil film measurement is fully integrated into the system – compact, precise, and ready for continuous operation.
We use the latest generation of OFM sensors from our technology partner Amepa, known for their outstanding accuracy, durability, and ease of maintenance.
With this setup, real-time monitoring becomes a powerful tool for process control and quality assurance – without adding complexity.
