Smart Refill Station

Our Refill Station fully automates the entire media handling process.
It ensures a redundant supply of oil to the working tanks by automatically switching to the next full IBC or drum – with no downtime.
The system is seamlessly integrated into the central control software, enabling intelligent monitoring, efficient refill cycles, and maximum operational reliability.
An optional connection to your purchasing department via our Limax Service Portal allows for proactive planning and automated reordering of consumables.

The station uses the same pump technology as our working tank units – reducing the number of required spare parts and ensuring maximum serviceability across your system.
An intuitive HMI interface provides clear communication with the operator and allows for easy status monitoring and control.

Roll-Deflection Compensation

Homogenization is essential for obtaining meaningful oil film measurement results.
Our specialized rollers are the result of highly engineered design and innovative materials – allowing them to compensate for curvature caused by mechanical pressure during operation.
This ensures a perfectly even film across the entire strip surface.

Precision Under Pressure

Our rollers are designed to compensate for deflection under pressure – up to 8 tons across the full roller width.
This advanced engineering results in an average deviation of just 2–3%, ensuring a consistently uniform oil film even under high mechanical load.

Oil Film Measurement and Homogenization Unit

Our combined measurement and homogenization module is also available as a standalone solution.
